The Deep Bass Breathwork Experience

Breathe. Feel. Awaken.

Created by Matt Wiebe, the Deep Bass Breathwork Experience is a one-of-a-kind breathwork journey that blends traditional yogic and modern breath practices with bass-centric dance music soundscapes, uniquely activating the body and mind and spirit.

It's a deeply immersive, energetic, and rejuvenating practice that helps you release tension, quiet the mind, expand awareness, and reconnect with your body and breath — all through rhythm, breath, and sound you can feel.

what to expect

You’ll breathe in ever changing rhythms along to  carefully curated, organic, consciousness elevating sounds from the 140 Dubstep and dance/meditation music realms structured specifically for the session — guiding your body and mind through dynamic breathing patterns, conscious breath holds, and guided meditations that recalibrate your entire system.

Featuring the custom-built Ayni Sound Subwoofer, you won’t just hear the sound — you’ll feel it.

Every Deep Bass Breathwork Session combines:

Rhythmic
Breathing

To synchronize your breath with powerful musical cadences

Concious

Breath

Holds

To strengthen your diaphragm, calm the mind, and alter biochemistry

Guided
Meditation & Visualization

To deepen presence and unlock insight

Bass Sound immersion

To entrain your body and mind into meditative, restorative states

Through shifting rhythms and varied breath holds, your body adapts — improving resilience, energy efficiency, and nervous system balance.

Each breath, beat, and hold becomes part of a full-body experience that resets your inner rhythm.

The Science & Energy

This practice is designed to manipulate your body’s biochemistry, regulate your nervous system, and guide the brain through a range of meditative brainwave states.

As you breathe and hold in rhythm, oxygen and COâ‚‚ levels fluctuate in a controlled way — creating measurable benefits for body and mind:

  • Increased oxygen efficiency and energy

  • Nervous system regulation and stress relief

  • Enhanced focus and creativity

  • Release of emotional and energetic blockages

  • Deep meditative and visionary states

It’s common to leave sessions feeling both grounded and expansive — clear, peaceful, and vibrantly alive.

A Gateway to higher Conciousness

Deep Bass Breathwork opens access to states of consciousness

beyond the everyday.

Participants often describe visionary experiences, profound clarity, and emotional release — similar to the depth of psychedelic journeys, yet entirely self-generated through breath and sound.

Through these expanded states, you may connect with new insights, inspiration, and a greater sense of purpose — allowing you to embody the highest potential version of yourself.

The Sound Experience

Every Deep Bass Breathwork journey is built around an original DJ mix designed to evoke specific emotional and energetic states.

Each session features:

  • Carefully curated 140 bpm Dubstep and meditative bass music

  • Organic textures and vocal tones designed to guide your breath

  • Layered breathing cues synced to the rhythm

  • Sub-bass frequencies that resonate through your body via the Ayni Sound Subwoofer

No two sessions are the same — new mixes mean new journeys, each one inviting a fresh internal landscape to explore.
