1-on-1 Functional breath training
Working individually with Matt gives you a customized breath training program designed specifically for your goals, lifestyle, and physiology.
How It Works
You’ll meet with Matt once per week (in-person or virtual) for progressive sessions that build on each other. Together, you’ll improve your day-to-day breathing pattern and learn how to activate the body’s main control switch—the breath—so you can better regulate your nervous system, energy, and overall state.
Your program is designed to fit into your current daily schedule, making it easy to integrate breath practice into your life.
