About The Event

  • Join Matt as he guides you through a powerful introductory breathwork journey using Soma Breathwork techniques   

  • Initiation Session costs are all by donation!  

  • Learn more about the Soma Breathwork practice & Mala Wellness Collective here:   https://www.malawellnesscollective.com/soma

  • Initiation Session (45-60 Minutes) - consists of a quick introduction, 25 minutes of practice, followed by 10 minutes of meditation.  

  • Dress comfortably, and if you can wear light colors.   

  • Bring along something to sit on so you will be as comfortable as possible (for example, a yoga mat, block, bolster, rolled up blanket, etc).
